From all of us, to all of our absolutely fabulous S.W.E.A.T. family we wish you & yours a healthy, happy 2013!!!

We will be ready to welcome you back tomorrow with a full day of classes to get a jump on those resolutions! Did you know that it was reported that nearly NINETY PERCENT of all New Years resolutions fail?! Well, it’s our goal to make sure that we keep you in that 10% that succeed with their healthy New Year goals. Please, utilize the knowledge & support of your instructors, as well as your fellow S.W.E.A.T. students, we want you to succeed! We are here to help in anyway possible!

The best way to commit to those resolutions you’ve had bouncing around in your heads is to write them down! Put it out there for others to see, and cheer you on along the way!
